Late returns, damages, and additional mileage may incur extra charges, as outlined in your rental agreement.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used at booking.
No-shows or early returns are generally non-refundable, unless stated otherwise in your rental agreement.
6. Vehicle Use Policy
By renting a vehicle from TheAutoEmpire LLC, you agree to:
Operate the vehicle safely and in accordance with all traffic laws.
Not use the vehicle for illegal purposes, racing, towing, or off-road driving.
Return the vehicle in the same condition it was provided (normal wear and tear accepted).
Be responsible for any traffic violations, tolls, or penalties incurred during the rental period.
Failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of your rental agreement.
7. SMS and Communication Consent
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive SMS and email messages from
TheAutoEmpire LLC regarding booking updates, reminders, and promotional offers.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us directly.
8. Limitation of Liability
TheAutoEmpire LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use
or inability to use our services or vehicles, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or personal injury.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific rental or service in question.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheAutoEmpire LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims,
damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
